However, here at Capital Tile, resting on our laurels is not an option for us. As such, it was perhaps inevitable that our appetite for growth would result in the expansion of our horizons, largely motivated by us seeking out opportunities in the Northern Interior, Vancouver Island, Okanagan, and beyond.
British Columbia is undergoing an impressive period of growth right now. It’s an event which we are both proud and happy to be a part of, and we never cease to be surprised by the investment opportunities arising in our beautiful and dynamic corner of the globe.
While we are principally focused on acquisitions centered around residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties, we’re far from restricted to just these sectors. Our main strategy has been to monitor potential off-market acquisitions being proposed at below market prices.
